The hotel, restored in 2010, it is surrounded by a very sweet hilly landscape, in which arise the imposing dome of the Sanctuary, the Cistercian monks convent and the Palazzata, the arcades which surround the churchyard perimeter.

History
Carlo Emanuele I married Caterina, Infanta of Spain, and they had ten children. This stately home is dedicate to Margherita, the oldest of their daughters, who loved so much Vicoforte, to the point that she gave a consistent inheritance to the Cistercian monks when she died.
Rooms
Each room is different from the others and all are dedicated to a member of the Royal family.
Every room is characterised by a particular planimetry, unique antiquities, vintage French furniture, free Wi-Fi connection, garden or Vicoforte landscape view, private bathroom with a courtesy set by Hermes Paris. Each one combines wooden floors in bed with ergonomic mattresses, antique fireplace and shower or bathtub with hydro massage and chromo therapy.

It worth to mention the room with the terrace which overlooks the hills, the one with the golden mirror, the small Suite with the living room and the one with the Louis XVI style chest of drawers.
The continental breakfast, rich in local specialties, is served with vintage potteries inside or on the terrace during the summer.
