“Coltivare Custodire” focuses on women of different origin and age, who are all working to sustain the sustainable food world. From cultivation, to production and selling: from fields to tables.
During the event held in Pollenzo and Alba, we will discuss about reflections and experiences linked to the key theme: sustainable and responsible cultivation and preservation of the land products to guarantee a sustainable future for all the upcoming generations.
Workshops, conversations and theatrical events will spread and enhance the exchanges and contamination about cultivation and cooking.
Coltivare e Custodire is much more: in fact, above all, this edition will award three international champions that have distinguished themselves for environmental protection, ecology, agriculture and sustainable production.

Conversations: Stories of food and women
Four journalists – Simona De Ciero, Sara Porro, Martina Liverani, Elisabetta Pagani -, with some UNISG students, will talk with four Piedmontese women -, Raffaella Firpo, Arianna Marengo, Mariacristina Oddero, Renza Veglio – engaged in good agriculture and gastronomy practices.
