Organised by the Fondazione Amleto Bertoni, in collaboration with the City of Saluzzo and Saluzzo Slow Food, the homemade  beers salon  one of the most anticipated and important events in the sector, a point of reference for brewers, connoisseurs and beer lovers.

Here, in a unique place, you can discover the best homemade local and national beers and meet master brewers, who will reveal secrets and curiosities about processing, production and pairings.

So everything is ready for this special 2019 edition: in fact, this year, the event turns 10 years old; “C’è Fermento” is grew up and now it is ready to welcome its passionates and visitors coming from all over North Italy and France.

Four days to welcome summer, four days dedicated to the absolute protagonist, the regional and national beer, but that’s not all: in fact in the courtyard of the ex Caserma Musso in piazza Montebello, for the first time, there will be three special guests, three masters brewers coming from north Europe (Belgium,  England and Germany).  They will liven up the show, together with the eighteen Italian breweries, that range from north to south, carefully selected by the Slow Food Guide to Italian Beers and by a scientific committee, formed by Luca Giaccone and Francesco Nota.

More than 120 draft beers and 12 street food stations to offer a special food experience focusing on the North and South Italy specialties.

“C’è Fermento” also this year is  a family friendly event, thanks to the collaboration with the Ludobus Proposta 80, which offers many activities dedicated  to the kids.
