These are only some of the topics on which the Food&Wine Tourism Forum 2019 will focus on; the two days’ workshop dedicated to food and wine tourism, after the great success of the first edition, is back in the Grinzane Cavour Castle, from 20th to 21st June, with a very interesting programme. The Forum will give you precious inforations and tips through case history, researches and workshops, with the aim to connect the food and wine world and the one of tourism.
Food&Wine and Tourism, two worlds that have always been linked and that in the last few years have seen an intense development in Piedmont and not only.
The Forum is a point of reference to understand, analyse and act in two different ways, through meetings with the food and wine professionals and labs on digital communication. In these two days, with the presence of the MIPAAFT, Ministero delle Politiche Agricole Alimentari e del Turismo, (Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Tourism Policies, we will talk about international case history, from Peru to Croatia, from Spain to Istria, and we will discovers new sustainable development trends with the help of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo. Mealtime the big players of the digital world such as Google and Tripadvisor will tell us the last news along with the research data collected by the Enit, Isnart and TravelAppeal. Among the guests there will be present also the starred chefs Davide Oldani and Marcello Masi, founder of the TG2 EatParade, Angelo Pittro, Marketing and Commercial Director of the Lonely Planet Italia, Francesco Tapinassi, BTO Buy Tourism Online Scientific Director, Flavia Coccia Responsible for Istituto Nazionale Ricerche Turistiche (IS.NA.R.T. S.c.p.A), Roberta Garibaldi, Board of Advisors of World Food Travel Association and the journalist and writer Anna Prandoni.
All the meeting, dedicated to the digital world, will analyse all the digital aspects, from the email marketing with Alessandra Farabegoli, to the opportunities offered by Google My Business with Fabio Galetto, from video marketing with Fabrizio Ulisse to the content marketing on Facebook with Annalisa Romeo. Matteo Primosich will talk about digital marketing companies and Instagram secrets along with Paola Faravelli, but there will be also Varner Ferrato, who will talk about reputation managament and last, but not least, we will talk about TripAdvisor use with Chiara Ercini.
