This event which takes place on the Cuneo territory is considered one of the most interesting excellence in Italy and Europe.
The 2019 edition, One Land One Festival, will focus on the territory movements and will be held in Fossano and Busca. All the appointments will be spread between these two cities creating a personal, unique and innovative event.
Tuesday 25th June, in both cities, the Festival will be opened by the Balletto of Rome, directed by Andrea Costanzo Martini, and the main circus-theatrical French company, Rasposo. Three shows in sequence, reachable by a dedicated bus, which will drive you from Busca to Frossano and return.
The second day, Wednesday 26th June, the winners of the 2018 Mirabilia Best Show, “Questo lavoro sull’arancia” by Marco Chenevier, followed by the “La Dévorée” of the Campagnie Rasposo, will open the festival in Fossano
Thursday 27thJune, in Busca, is scheduled the first street theatrical event performed by the French-Spanish company AltaGama. Then, you will see one of the most famous Italian circus companies: Fabbrica C with its MINUetTI.
At Palazzo La Tour in Costigliole Saluzzo (special bus from Busca), in collaboration with the association “La Fabbrica dei Suoni” of Venasca, will take place the second appointment with dance: the company MK of Michele di Stefano will show its special creation, called site-specific Veduta, meantime in Busca many other shows will take place in the Municipal Theatre and under the marquee, where you will see the funny show performed by Krisidi Michele Cremaschi, winner of “Ora!” contest of the Compagnia di San Paolo.
Friday 28th June the Festival will explode in Fossano with some of the most particular creations such as con ‘Bagnanti’, performance for swimmers and dancers, which will liven up the Fossano swimming pool, the public must be dressed In swimsuit!
The day will be enriched by street artists and much more! It will also be the turn of the first of two appointments with the emblematic and mysterious John Fisherman, a provocative Spanish company. The shows will be hosted in the courtyard of the Castle, in its square, in the pedestrian axis; while the Focus Kids will be held in the gardens and as the Mirabilia Midnight Show that, as in past editions, will host the most courageous, daring and crazy events such as Heretico of the Leviedelfool company and Tender di Factory C.
Saturday 29th June the Festival will be split between Fossano and Busca and it will take place simultaneously. In Busca the public will see the European debut of the great Slovak circus company Younak with a fabulous and entertaining show that brings together fifteen extraordinary artists.
Between the two cities involved will unfold a path of exceptional performance, such as Nueveuno Circo, a spectacular Spanish juggling company, which will debut in Italy with Sinergia 3.0. In collaboration with the Busca Ski Club will be scheduled First Love by Marco D’Agostin, created in 2018 with the advice of Stefania Belmondo. The Italian premiere at Spazio Zero in Fossano will also include the Roberto Torres’ dance company with the beautiful Dulces Bestias, a masterpiece of Spanish dance, and numerous other world premieres, which will take place both in the theatre and in the street.
Sunday, June 30th, the Festival will be in Busca with many performances and the Grand Midnight Cabaret staged by Fabbrica C. Mirabilia, will remain in Fossano with Manufacto, the now famous exhibition area for artisans, which will accompany the latest Rasposo replica.
During the days of Festival Fossano and Busca will be connected by special buses, which allow all spectators to attend all the event scheduled in both cities and organised by HoStess for Mirabilia.
At the end of the programming days, the atmosphere will come alive thanks to parties open to the public with international artists and operators, animated by live music and DJ sets. In Fossano a Food area will be built in collaboration with local restaurateurs and with Le Baladin, while in Busca the city’s restaurateurs will organize refreshment areas on the streets with special fittings.
