The sixteenth edition of this event, organised by the Pro loco Dogliani, will take place from 11th to 15th July, offering a range of proposals suitable for all ages, linked by the leitmotif excellent local food and wine.
The event will open on Thursday 11th with the Giro-carne (special meat tasting) from 8 pm (20 euros for appetizers, nonstop meat, wine, dessert and coffee: reservations at 347-0193483). From 9 pm the party will be liven up by spontaneous popular Piedmontese songs.
On Friday 12th July from 8 pm you can join the Pizza-parties in collaboration with the pizzeria Il Faro and then will take place the Mojito party, the Latin American evening with master Alejandro Cano Cordoba and the Manos Arriba group. Free admission.
On Saturday, July 13th from 4.30 om there will be creative workshops for children dedicated to recycling and reuse. Info: 338-8301754. At 8 pm don’t miss the dinner with Dogliani sausage and pork knuckle with beer, a sort of challenge among delicacies. From 11pm it will start the Notte Bianca in Piazza Martiri della Libertà, accompanied by the music of Boombox “90 live and the DJ sets of Elena Tanz, Daniele Bertaina and Mario Bianchi. Free admission.
On Sunday, July 14th, through the streets of the historic centre up to Piazza Martiri antique market, handicrafts and typical products. Even the shops will be open. From 11am will start the gastronomic walk “A spas mangiand dui bucun … con il Dogliani”. At 3 pm in Piazza Battuti, you can attend the show of Sergione and his chainsaw: live realisation of wooden sculptures. From 5 pm in Piazza Martiri Danzandehor and the Open Association will present the classical and modern dance performances “Viaggio nell’universo” and “Alla corte dei folli”: children will be the greatest protagonists of the show. From 6.30 pm aperitifs on the console; from 8pm a knife-cut meat dinner. Concerts will start from 9pm with Time Out, Max Pezzali and 883 tribute band. Free admission.
On Monday, July 15th from 8pm is scheduled the dinner of mixed fried fish and dancing from 9pm with the orchestra Note d’Autore.
