The new building, inaugurated in 2017, boasts state-of-the-art facilities as well as the best construction materials. The floors and walls are in modern ceramics, the spacious bathrooms with showers covered in glass mosaic and the innovative and refined furnishings. The structure, thanks to the soundproofing and insulation of the rooms, ensures a unique tranquillity, ideal to have a rest.
Located near Govone, 15 km from the centre of Alba and 15 km from the centre of Asti, this hotel is in front of the Barbaresco area, its position is strategic for those who want to visit the Langhe, Roero and the Monferrato hills, areas which have been recognised by UNESCO as world heritage for landscapes, wines and gastronomy.
In the hotel there are 3 types of rooms:
- DELUXE ROOM: measuring from 18 to 20 square meters.
- SUPERIOR ROOM: measures from 22 to 24 square meters.
- PRESTIGE APARTMENT: measuring 36 square meters.
In all rooms it is possible to stay in a double bed or twin beds and a continental buffet breakfast is included.
On request we organize tours in the Langhe, tastings, bike rides, etc.
The new building has all the most modern comforts: air conditioning, air changes, heating, independent masonry showers, regulated access with a personal code and, for the apartments, a completely independent kitchen corner is available.
In the common room there is also a coffee machine with pods, a kettle and everything you need to prepare a hot drink.
