The historic hotel and restaurant, considered a bastion of excellent hospitality, has reopened its doors with a project to revitalize the structure, in a continuous “work in progress” that will bring a new breath to the building. Starting from the renewed team that bases its objectives on a modern vision of hospitality at 360 °, focusing on the guests, their needs, but also on the services and above all on a rigorous enhancement of the Alta Langa territory, which inevitably accompanies the gastronomic of the hotel, from breakfast to dinner, passing through events, being always faithful to the tradition of this area.
The Bellavista Restaurant presents a contemporary cuisine of the Langhe that is based on excellent local raw materials from artisan producers, companies in the Alta Langa area and the province of Cuneo.
Precisely with these quality actors, the staff shares the love and respect for the territory that certainly it is based on a complete selection of wines, carefully chosen among the best local and French labels, for a truly unique offer, to enjoy in a beautiful place.
Moreover, outside the service hours proposed by the restaurant, it is possible to take advantage of the bar for an aperitif, a light snack or a tasty break that will make you try the pleasure of enjoying a good dish and a glass of wine perhaps immersed in the panoramic room or in the outdoor area, from which you can enjoy the view of the beautiful hills of the Langhe.
The Bellavista, among the many new features, presents a rich calendar of food and wine events. Throughout the summer, every Sunday, “merino sinoire” snacks are organised with Langa tapas and different snacks every week and aperitifs and music in the panoramic square in front of the hotel.

The restaurant is open every day from midday to 2.30pm and from 7pm to 9.30om, while the bar is open from 11am to 10om. Both are closed on Wednesday.
