On Saturday 5th October, from 3pm to 6pm, visitors will enkooy a special afternoon discovering the history of the ancient castle of Valerano.
The Church of Santa Maria del Rosario and the rooms of the castle will be told by exceptional storytellers: the FAI volunteers who will welcome visitors to illustrate the history and the frescoes, a splendid testimony of the typical “courtly” culture of the times, which is unique this place.
At 5.30pm a musical moment by the maestro Elia Carletto will close the visit; he will receive the guests to enjoy the beauty of the room immersed in the music. The initiative aims to enhance the commitment of the FAI which, in 2014, completed the restoration of the ancient piano placed in the Sala delle Grottesche.
