Absolute protagonists will be the more than 500 wine tasting labels, mostly produced from native Italian vines, with some real rarities, thanks to the presence of a selection of Piedmontese wineries and 2 guests outside the region, flanked by the tasting tables of the Vinibuoni guide ‘Italy, dedicated to the autochthonous and the Italian Classic Method sparkling wines.
Friday 18th October, starting at 6pm, is scheduled an evening entirely dedicated to bubbles, SPARKLING FEVER. More than 100 Italian sparkling wines selected by Vinibuoni from Italy and a space dedicated to craft beers curated by My personal Beer Corner, to be combined with gastronomy and catering based on typical local products, all accompanied by a refined musical selection.
Saturday 19th, from 4pm to midnight, and Sunday 20th, from 12pm to 10pm, will be opened the MARKET EXHIBITION, with over 500 wine labels offered for tasting and sale by the wineries present and by the tasting tables of the Vinibuoni guide of Italy.
Do not miss the gastronomic products of the area, with a rich restaurant menu, and craft beers.
A full programme of guided tastings and workshops will accompany the days of the Market Exhibition, with appointments dedicated to the discovery of the various expressions of Arneis and Nebbiolo, quality sparkling wines and Vermouth-based mixology, craft beers with the encounter between sparkling wines monovitigno and the Italian Grape Ale made with the same must.
Saturday, October 19th, at 5 pm, the viticulture of Piedmont and Roero in particular will be protagonist, with the Banco BPM and Vinibuoni of Italy appointment with the excellence of Roero and Ecofriendly companies.
The festival also reserves an area for children, in collaboration with the exhibition partner Gullino Import Export, a space where children can take part in creative bookmakers and learn about “The Adventures of Kiwito and Galita”, a book with a simple and fun language wants to bring to the attention of children healthy eating through the exploits of two very special superheroes: a kiwi and an apple. The proceeds from the sale of the books, which will also be available for purchase at the event, will be donated to LILT | Italian League for the Fight against Cancer – Delegation of Saluzzo.
