The beautiful landscapes of the Stura Valley and the evocative spaces of the Albertino Fort are the backdrop for the event which takes up the tradition of an ancient fair at the end of the mountain pasture.
Concerts, exhibitions and performances with Occitan music and dances attract numerous Italian and French visitors for whom the fair is a unique opportunity to taste the renowned Sambucano lamb meat.
