The “Fiera Fredda” is above all a popular event, rich in history and tradition. And it is precisely to celebrate the four and a half centuries of this event, so linked to the territory of Borgo San Dalmazzo and its valleys, that the l’Ente Fiera Fredda della Lumaca, with the collaboration of the Municipality of Borgo San Dalmazzo, with the support of Crc Foundation and CRT Foundation and the collaboration of Acqua San Bernardo, in addition to numerous other partners, organized for Thursday 7th November, at 8.45 pm at Palazzo Bertello, a free entrance party, open to the entire population. An evening event to present to all the 450th edition of the “Fiera Fredda” that Borgo San Dalmazzo will host from 4th to 8th December 2019.
Thus the organizers’ efforts are multiplying in this truly special year, after the great success of the two evenings of the BeerTello Fest. The evening, after the institutional greetings, will accompany the public in the atmosphere of the Fair with a leap into the past thanks to the intervention of the historian and writer Walter Cesana. Space then to the presentation of the “Fiera Fredda” to the population, with the rich programme designed to celebrate 450 years, before a tasting with a fanciful preview of the new menu of snails that will be found at the Fair, from 4th to 8th December. Following music and dances, with the musical intervention of the Civico Istituto Musicale Dalmazzo Rosso.
