From November 15th the gastronomic review of Borgo San Dalmazzo and its valleys is back with “Under the sign of the snail”. From the collaboration with the l’Associazione Albergatori Esercenti Operatori Turistici della provincia di Cuneo, a member of Confcommercio-Imprese for Italy in the province of Cuneo, the initiative involves local restaurants, allowing them to offer delicious menus based on snails and typical local products. An opportunity to savour the food and wine riches of the area, in view of the 450th edition of the Borgo San Dalmazzo National Fair, scheduled from 4th to 8th December.
From November 15th to December 15th (some restaurants will offer special menus until May 1st), the tradition of the area passes through food. An opportunity for all lovers of good food to sit at the table and discover the recipes and proposals of the best chefs in the area. Unique, unmissable menus, a true experience within the experience. The participating restaurants, which exhibit the brand of the event, are eleven: “Amunse” in Borgo San Dalmazzo; “Hotel Restaurant Pizzeria Le Lanterne” in Beguda in Borgo San Dalmazzo; “Quel Pizzico di Sale” in Cervasca; “Osteria Santino” in San Defendente di Cervasca; “Albergo Ristorante Fungo Reale” of Valloriate; “Albergo Ristorante Tre Colombe” in Valloriate; “Ristorante Ruota 2” in Andonno; “Antica Trattoria Gabri” in Frazione Madonna Bruna; “Real Park Restaurant” in Entracque; “Ristorante Drago 3” in Borgo San Dalmazzo, “Hotel Ristorante Ligure” in Vinadio.
