The successful collaboration that last spring featured PDO Bra and Raschera cheeses together with the wines of the Clavesana winery is consolidated.
From Friday 15th to Sunday 17th November the union will be renewed with a new convivial moment. The occasion is “Caudamente Dolcetto”, a weekend dedicated to the traditional bagna cauda, which will be served at the former elementary school of the Surie, expressly used as a hospitality location and experimental vineyard to give further emphasis, not only to this recipe that appears in the Piedmontese menus from October onwards, but also to the two dairy pearls of the province of Cuneo, which find favor with all palates. To accompany the dishes there will be a selection of wines from the cellar, such as Dolcetto, Chardonnay, Barbera and Nebbiolo.
Places to participate in the dinner on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th or at lunch on Sunday 17th (the cost of the menu is 30 € for adults and 12 € for children) are limited.
