Created in the prestigious Relais Villa d’Amelia, in Benevello, the initiative foresees the presence of 24 chefs from Italy and Europe who will each prepare a dish based on the PGI Piedmont Langhe Hazel, some of which can be combined with the White Alba Truffle, to present the participants with the versatility of hazelnuts in the kitchen and the elegance of truffles also with unconventional recipes.
