Protagonists of the event will be the gnocchi, prepared with the renowned Entracque potato, proposed in all the restaurants participating in the initiative. The Entracque fair is also enriched by numerous Christmas-themed side events.

On December 7th and 8th you can taste the specialties of the Gesso valley, like the traditional Cuiette, with the appointment of “Entracque Madonna das Cuiette”.
