On the weekend of 14th and 15th December Palazzo Bovara (Corso Venezia, 51) will become the set of a gourmet event with tastings in the dark, meetings with great pastry chefs and a shop where to buy the most delicious Italian panettone.
On Sunday morning will take place the awarding of the Best Panettone in Italy.
The event is part of the “Happy Christmas Happy Panettone” initiatives.
Artists of Panettone returns for the second year to Milan, this event celebrates panettone, the sweetest symbol of Christmas, enhancing the excellence of the greatest Italian confectioners, who participate in a two-day event full of delicious appointments, scheduled on 14th and 15th December 2019 , from 10am to 7pm at Palazzo Bovara in Milan.
Confcommercio Milano with its associations – AssoStaging, Associazione Panificatori, Altoga, Arti della Tavola e del Regalo, Epam and Capac – promotes on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th December at Palazzo Bovara “Happy Christmas Happy Panettone”: a great celebration of artisan panettone for the city and families, which also includes the programming of “Artisti del Panettone”.
The event – organised in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan, MN Holding, APCI – Professional Association of Italian Cooks and Chocolate Academy under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce, the Lombardy Region and inLombardia – is part of the programme promoted by the municipal administration for the “Milan SuperChristmas2019”.
“Artisti del Panettone” will involve the audience of fans with blind tastings (in the dark) of panettone made by the 11 artists who will be accompanied by savoury interpretations by chefs such as Claudio Sadler, Tano Simonato, Tommaso Arrigoni, Andrea Provenzani, Vincenzo Butticé, Massimo Moroni and Lorenzo Buraschi.
“Artisti del Panettone” brings together in one go the flavors and traditions of the Nation, in a journey of pure taste in the fascinating world of artisan pastry.
The crew of the Panettone Artists is composed of Vincenzo Santoro, Fabrizio Galla, Paolo Sacchetti, Alfonso Pepe, Salvatore De Riso, Andrea Tortora, Vincenzo Tiri, Maurizio Bonanomi, Gino Fabbri, Carmen Vecchione and the collective Infermentum.
