The “PregiateCarniPiemontesi” butchery  (Via Montepulciano, 8 – Viale Brianza Entrance) is a feast for the eyes and the palate, but it is also an opportunity for advice about the best way to prepare meat, thanks to the courtesy of Bruno Rebuffi, the master butcher, who – continues the traditions of quality Milanese butchery. In fact, he is a friend and heir of  Ercole Villa that, in over fifty years of activity, in his workshop in Viale Brianza made the Milanese of all walks of life know and appreciate the best Piedmontese cuts.

This story begins in the early 80s of the last century, when Bruno was hired by a butcher in Via della Spiga in the centre of Milan. In 1995 this shop, like so many other commercial activities and artisan shops in the area, closed. Bruno, however, did not want to leave his clientele and he accepted the challenge of opening a new shop together with his friend Mauro with whom he worked in Via Spiga. They detected the spaces of a fruit shop, closed a few years before, and in March 1996 they started a new adventure.

And since then they offer the best Piedmontese meats to Milanese public.
