On Saturday 7th December, at 6 pm, live from Milan, will be screened the Puccini’s TOSCA, opening work of the Teatro alla Scala season. The soprano Anna Netrebko will interpret Tosca directed by the maestro Riccardo Chailly, in a production directed by Davide Livermore, with costumes by Gianluca Falaschi.
On Sunday 8th December two shows (15.30 and 17.30) of the crackling ANGRY BIRDS animation film 2. To celebrate the Oratory birthday on the day of the Immaculate Conception, the children participating in the afternoon games in the Oratory (starting at 14.30), will enter the cinema paying 3 euros!
On Tuesday 10th December, from 8.15 pm, live from London’s Covent Garden, fourth appointment of the Royal Opera House program, with COPPELIA dance fable. Charming and fun, Coppélia tells a story that combines love, malice and mechanical dolls. A classic from the Royal Ballet repertoire, choreographed by its founder Ninette de Valois. A superb cast with Marianela Nuñez playing the lively Swanilda, Vadim Muntagirov in those of the beloved Franz and Gary Avis in the role of the magical Dr Coppélius.
On Saturday, December 14th at 9 pm, second appointment of the Piedmontese theatre festival, with the comedy EN VER AMIS by Luigi Oddero, presented by Giovo ma d’aj from San Piero del Gallo. What is not done for love? Two lovers, Rosa and Aldo, who flee to their friend Enrico’s house because they are hindered by their families, a naive maid, a simple gardener, a grandfather, a very special uncle to whom is added a very mysterious character! What will come out of it? Will our young people succeed in crowning their dream of love?
