The traditional taste of the panettone by PasticceriaSartori, a historical pastry shop in Via Volta a Erba, is combined with the FEIS method designed by Anna Sartori who divides its leavened products into three categories: traditional, emotional and avant-garde.
Each leavened is thought, at a formal and essential level.
Among the novelties of this year there is the Sartori’spandoro, the very fragrant “Sapori di Casa” with chestnuts and cream heart, Venetian oranges scents and a crown of chocolate and star anise; and “integro”, the 100% wholegrain panettone.
