The imposing organisational machine directed by “Caffè Scala”, brand of the Fincav group, the only person responsible for the Teatro alla Scala Gala Dinner for ten years, moves behind the scenes of the worldly evening par excellence, in Milan.

Salvatore Quartulli, the soul of Caffè Scala and his staff, thanks to their strong knowledge and deep culture, constantly search for the excellence of food & beverage to sew a truly tailor-made event.

The Galàdella Scala, the last act of the show staged in Sant’Ambrogio in the temple of the Milanese culture, is thought in the smallest details by the choice of the chef for dinner at the Società del Giardino.

Enrico Bartolini will take care of the preparation of the “cenadellemaestranze” in the backstage, while a tailor-made and large buffet for 500 people will be created in a very short time during the applause by the Caffè Scala Executive Chef Maurizio Riva and his brigade.
