On Friday 27th December at 6.45 pm in Piazza del Municipio the young baritone William Allione will perform, while in the evening, at 9.30 pm the Teatro Alla Confraternita will host a preview video of the film by Sebastiano Audisio and Walter Perlino, an account of their last expedition in Pamir by bicycle and on skis.
On Saturday, December 28th at 6 pm in the Parish Church of San Chiaffredo in Limonetto will be held the concert “Harmonies and sounds of a magical Christmas”, with music by Beethoven, Mozart, Morricone, Rota and Piovani by the ensemble Cameristi Cromatici. On Sunday, December 29th at 6.45, Piazza del Municipio will come to life with the exhibition of the Sunshine Gospel Choir, which has been on the international music scene for twenty years.
On New Year’s Eve evening, Monday, December 30th, as usual, you can watch the suggestive Torchlight procession by the instructors of the Limone Ski School. Starting from 8.30 pm , Andrea Caponnetto and the “MovinOn Family”, together with the “Spettacolo per passione” team, will warm the audience with their energy from the musical station set up next to the Morel chairlift departure. Music and entertainment will be the prologue to the exciting show with the Calidè Group’s fire. At 9.15 pm, then, the hundred masters of the Ski School will leave, lighting up the Cresta slope, forming a luminous snake. The Torchlight procession can be admired in all its beauty upstream of the Quota 1400 car park, between the departure of the Morel chairlift and the Riserva Bianca ticket office. At the end, all spectators will be offered hot chocolate and mulled wine.
On December 31st, in the historic centre, a big New Year’s party is scheduled to greet together 2019, with music and entertainment by Radio 105 DJs. Starting at 10pm, Piazza del Municipio will begin to come alive with the music selection of resident DJs Download and Marzi. From 11 pm the guests of the evening will go on stage, the dj Spyne and Matt Joe, who will alternate with their show distributing gadgets to the public, up to the big countdown with all the artists and the midnight toast. The evening will then continue with music and live entertainment until late at night
