Baci di Cherasco are sweets that are part of the typical products of the Cuneo area. Do not be influenced by their irregular shape, rather abandon yourself to the goodness of their flavor.

Baci di Cherasco are crunchy irregular chocholates, made with dark chocolate and toasted Gentle Round hazelnuts and cocoa butter. All the ingredients are mixed and the dough is then divided into small parts, which, once cooled are ready to be eaten.

Area of production

Baci di Cherasco are produced in the bakeries of Cherasco.

The tradition dates the origin of these chocolates to the end of the 19th century, when a young baker of Cherasco came back home for Christmas after a working period in Turin and opened a confectionery. Here, he experimented the mixing of dark chocolate and Langa hazelnuts, creating this special chocolates.
