Alessandro Milan is a journalist and radio host. He has been working on Radio 24 since 1999, when the station was launched, and currently he conducts a beautiful broadcast of various humanity, accompanied by Leonardo Manera and his slightly noir and melancholic humour every morning: “One, no one, one hundred Milan “.
In December 2017 his wife, Francesca Del Rosso, journalist, writer, also working on Radio 24 died. He was only 42 years old, a breast cancer who tried to fight with joy, if we can say so, mother of two children , one male and one female. So Alessandro Milan was left alone with his pain and the obligation to make it, to go on, to make his children grow well, to smile, to continue walking and enjoying life. From his experience, two books were born, “I live inside” and “A million kisses”, and an association, Wondysonoio, from the last nickname of his wife Francesca, which awards a prize for resilient literature, the one that tells stories of falls and restarts.
The meeting on Saturday 1st February at the Foundation will start from his latest book, published in September for DeAPlaneta: “A million kisses”
