The black moon
An evening to enjoy the fabulous view from the heights above Ostana in the light of the moon and snow. We will start with an aperitif at the Galaberna Refuge, from which we will leave, crossing the various villages, to reach Pian della Ciarma for an excellent dinner and astronomical observation at the Agriturismo A Nostro Mizoun.

The sacred and the profane
Wonderful walk in one of the most secluded valleys of Val Varaita, during which aspects and characteristics of the suggestive alpine carnivals and, in particular, of the Baìo and de Lo Loup, will be recalled, two of the traditional festivals for which Val Varaita is best known .

Val Varaita in love
Two days of nature and wellness, dedicated to all lovers, but not only, immersed in the immaculate landscapes of one of the most beautiful valleys of Monviso. A unique experience, to discover the Varaita Valley, a valley rich in history and nature, to experience the thrill of sleeping in a refuge away from the chaos of the city, try the Thai massage and reach one of the most panoramic peaks of the Cuneo area, recharging us with energy positive.

The meditation activities, muscle awakening, and Thai Massage treatments will be conducted by Valentina, founder of Blu Temple Body Work in Turin, who will transport the participants to the paths of feeling of body, mind and spirit.
