This is an initiative launched at national level – sponsored by Anci and Uncem – aimed at enhancing the food and wine and craftsmanship excellence of the territory and spreading the knowledge of local products and culture throughout Italy, a cornerstone of our traditions and food cradle high quality – explains Codacons – The Piccolo Comune Amico award will award 25 Municipalities that host the excellence of the Italian territory, within 5 categories (agri-food; crafts; social innovation; culture, art, history; circular economy), and will spread knowledge of local products through the creation of an interactive map of the Municipalities and the events they host in terms of production and sale of artisan and food and wine excellences, a map that can be consulted through a special App with which companies and points of sale can be viewed excellence, in addition to events, festivals, and local markets.
The Piccolo Comune Amico Prize, as well as all the activities present in the project, will be disseminated and sponsored by Autostrade per l’Italia, through advertising signs containing the various initiatives, placed in the main service areas along the motorways and aimed at Italian and foreign travellers . Chiusa di Pesio competes together with other 360 Municipalities, promoting the Marrone di Chiusa di Pesio (agri-food category) and the Festa del Re Marrone (category culture, art, history).
HOW TO VOTE FOR CHIUSA DI PESIO
Codacons members can vote directly online at https://codacons.it/piccolo-comune-amico-voto/. Otherwise it is necessary to download the voting form (https://codacons.it/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/MODULO-VOTAZIONE-ON-LINE-PREMIO-PICCOLO-COMUNE-AMICO.pdf) and send it with registered letter with return receipt (to: Ter.Mil.Cons – Via Grazioli Lante 56 – 00195, Rome) together with a photocopy of a valid identification document at the address indicated, expressing 5 preferences among the Municipalities in the running.
The winning municipalities will be awarded an award plaque and promotional campaigns will be carried out which will be disseminated by all the communication channels of the project partners, in the service areas of the motorway network, on social networks and in the press, which will lead to the knowledge of the winning excellence throughout the world. The project is carried out in collaboration with Coldiretti, Symbola, Touring Club Italiano, SisalPay, Intesa SanPaolo and Autostrade per l’Italia, and has obtained the sponsorship of Anci and Uncem.
