Wine tasting and culture course
Teaching Room – Grinzane Cavour Castle
6 lessons every Wednesday from 8 to 10 pm
from March 4th to April 8th, 2020
Six lessons lasting about two hours each dedicated to the knowledge of wine in all its aspects.
The course is suitable for everyone, simple enthusiasts, but also for those who are already familiar with wine and want to deepen their knowledge and acquire useful and immediately applicable tools. In the splendid Unesco setting of the Grinzane Cavour Castle, with a concrete and practical approach, in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, we will start from the sensorial analysis of the wine and follow the grapes from the vineyard to the cellar, to the table, to the wine list of the restaurant, exploring food-wine pairings.
Sandro Minella, Knight of the Truffle and Wines of Alba, Sommelier FISAR and ONAV Taster, teacher and educational coordinator of the Barolo & Barbaresco Academy will accompany you on this path.
