Basic course of wine tasting technique

A basic wine tasting course conducted by oenologist and sommelier Simone Pettinati is scheduled for Monday 9th, 16th, 23rd and 3th March from 8.30 to 10.30 pm, useful for those who want to approach the tasting in a technical way, learning terminology and notions for transform the simple tasting into a real experience.

The course offers an outline of the history of wine, the analysis of the production phases and winemaking techniques, labelling and above all the sensorial analysis of wine.

For each lesson there is a first part dedicated to theory and a second part to the guided tasting of three different wines.

The cost of the tasting course is 90 € (the cost includes the Tourism fee in Langa 2020, didactic and in-depth material and the certificate of attendance).
