Alessandro Borghese, in the closing period of his restaurant in Milan “AB- The luxury of simplicity”, works in a social guise!
Starting on Monday 16th March, three themed recipes a day, online on @alekitchensound Facebook and Instagram, with a version taken from the original video encyclopaedia of recipes in rhythm with music – conceived and produced by Level33 and AB Normal.
The first topic dealt with is the dishes to cook in the family with children, but there will be recipes for singles or healthy ones.
Next to the daily pills, chef Borghese will then reveal some valuable tips and nice curiosities in “The secrets of Ale”, also on the social channels of Alessandro Borghese Kitchen Sound, the format that in five TV seasons, over 600 episodes has told hundreds and hundreds of recipes, from the simplest to the most elaborate ones.
Classic or unusual but always gourmet, stir-fried and explained to the public with the irresistible feeling of the rock chef.
