Each chef shot a video recipe shared on the Instagram page of the International Alba White Truffle Fair and made a donation by inviting another colleague to participate and the public to donate. In this way, in 15 days the initiative managed to make a large contribution to the fundraising on the current account of the Piedmont Region which by March 26th had already reached 11,407,701 euros.
More than 70 chefs have responded to the appeal and still others will be able to continue independently to publish the video recipe and to donate. A heartfelt thanks to all from the Fair and a goodbye to the 90th edition of the International Alba White Truffle Fair.
