The 2019 Expoflora edition will take place 11th and 12th May and will offer a rich fruits and vegetables market, set up in the city park and along Viale Alpi. The exhibitors, coming from Piedmont and Liguria, will offer to the visitors a true display of colours and fragrances. All around it will unfold the markets of agriculture and local products.
Over than 7,000 square meters indoors and 5,000 square meters outdoor are entirely dedicated to commercial exposure. The fair, made of two different poles closely connected to each other, opens with a “green path” along which visitors can admire gardens, flower beds and flower arrangements, and then reach the stands of nurseries, florists and florists at the which you can buy annual and perennial flowers and plants, old roses, Japanese bonsai, succulent plants, orchids, medicinal and spice plants, fruit trees and “small fruits“: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, berries.
On May 12th, in Via Roma, a big market exhibition organised by Campagna Amica and by Slow Food will animate the historical centre, a tempting opportunity to purchase quality products at low prices. In the morning, at the Foro Boario, there will be a small animal market. Saturday evening, instead, from 8 pm, returns the OpeNight: music, workshops, sports, artistic performances and stalls in Via Roma and Viale Alpi.

Saturday 11th May
- From 9am to 11pm Fruits and vegetables exhibition in the city park and along viale Alpi, special area dedicate to artisans and workshops for children and adults
- At 11.30 am Aperi-Flora opening
- From 8 pm OpeNight: music, workshops, sports, artistic performances and stalls in Via Roma and Viale Alpi.
- In piazza Castello, historical cars gathering and E-Mobility electric cars.
Sunday 12th May
- From 9 am to 7 pm, in via Roma, food market mercato with the support of con Campagna Amica and Slow Food Fossano
- Fruits and vegetables exhibition, special area dedicate to artisans and workshops for children and adults.
- Pesto Show cooking and traditional Expoflora lunch organised by the Pro Loco Fossano
- In piazza Castello, historical cars gathering and E-Mobility electric cars.
Expoflora is also a good opportunity to learn more about the history of the city of Fossano. During these two days guided tours to the castle are scheduled, while in the afternoon it will be possible to visit the Diocesan Museum and the “San Giovenale – Vita e Leggende” exhibition. Finally, on Sunday afternoon, the Chiesa della SS Trinità will be opened to visitors.
The 2019 edition of Expoflora will be held simultaneously with the Castello degli Acaja Award, dedicated to the history, art, style and nobility of the car, a unique opportunity for fans of historical vehicles.
