At the end of the summer you dive headlong into a very intense period, full of many new appointments.

Records Fair

On 7th and 8th September from 10 am to 7 pm at the covered market in Piazza Seminario. Free admission.

For the fourth time Ernyaldisko will bring his load of friends, records and entertainment to the Piedmontese city: here the public will find about 50 exhibitors coming from all over Italy who will bring: vinyl records of all kinds (rock, progressive, Italian music, electronic, classical, etc.). Records can be purchased for very little, that is real rarity for collectors! There will also be space for CDs, especially related to the Metal trend, and there will be gadgets, memorabilia, posters and DVDs.

It will be possible to buy or exchange with exhibitors.

Smile Festival

From September 20th to 22nd the 5th edition of the festival dedicated to good humour starts.

Cuneo will once again be the protagonist of the smile: the Argonauta Association of president Andrea Girard confirms the third weekend of September for the event dedicated to comedy. The partnership with the Municipality of Cuneo will allow the repetition of an event capable of bringing to the city in the past editions guests of the calibre of Gene Gnocchi, Dario Vergassola and Piero Chiambretti, Renato Pozzetto, Serena Dandini, Teresa Mannino, Anna Mazzamauro passing through Ale and Franz , Elio and the stories Tese, Platinette and the late Paolo Villaggio.

The Festival has now surpassed the local dimension by attracting spectators even from the neighbouring provinces, thanks to the choice of offering free performances to the citizens, animating Piazza Virginio and Piazza Foro Boario but also other places in the city.

A day as an astronaut

How is the Earth seen from space?” together with Paolo Nespoli, Italian astronaut of the European Space Agency at the Palio UBI Banca in Cuneo.

The meeting, open to the public and secondary schools of the second degree of the province of Cuneo, aims to stimulate reflection on the relationship between man, space and environment, in the year of the 50th anniversary of the landing, which took place on 20 July 1969. Paolo Nespoli will talk about his professional and personal experience in space. The story will be enriched by the presentation of “Expedition”, the first documentary film on a space mission, produced and directed by Alessandra Bonavina.
