Open Baladin meets Coldiretti Campagna Amica: in Cuneo a rich program of appointments between taste and curiosity, which started already in the autumn, continues for the months of 2020 with delicious dates.

In Cuneo, at the Open Baladin in Piazza ForoBoario collaboration with Coldiretti Campagna Amica, starting from October, an exceptional marriage between Made in Cuneo delicacies and agricultural beers, to give life to a series of show cooking between stories and tastings.

There will be many greedy events already taking place from 10 October, and many will cheer the curious and passionate in these first months of 2020.

An intriguing journey of flavours and stories that has perfumed the Thursdays of autumn and will perfume those of winter until next spring. At the centre of the agricultural products Made in Cuneo, from the excellence awarded with a PDO or PGI denomination of origin to the less famous local specialties, all to be discovered.

Each event, from 6 to 8 pm, features a product that a Campagna Amica farmer wishes to make known to the public. Thus emerge not only the characteristics, but also the curiosities and anecdotes related to unique agricultural products, each of which is a treasure trove of stories and traditions inseparably linked to the land of origin and the companies that are committed to enhancing it.

The agricultural raw materials told by the producers are used by chefs and students of the Hotel Institute of Dronero, to create appetizing dishes with a final tasting on the spot. Each served in combination with a taste of Baladin beer, in the sign of promoting Italian craft beer, to which the new Protection Consortium promoted by Coldiretti is called, led by the owner of the Baladin agricultural brewery, TeoMusso.

After the autumn events linked to the PGI wedge pepper, the Caraglio garlic, the PGI chestnut, the sheep bruss, the PGI red apple from Cuneo, the legumes from Alta Langa and the Cappone di Morozzo, here are the next months:
