- The ski resorts of Monregalese, nestled in the Ligurian Alps, allow a family-sized ski. Sangiacomo Cardini Ski, with 35 km of slopes, is a station suitable for everyone and offers a school field in the village illuminated at night and a high school field, at Monte Alpet (1,611 m) with nearby children’s play area and treadmill. The station also offers many routes for freeriding.

- In St. Grée di Viola the very technical downhill slopes and many off-piste solutions will entertain thrill-seekers. At the skiers’ disposal there is the bar, the restaurant La Baita at the arrival of the chair lift and equipment rental.
- Lurisia Monte Pigna is a paradise at hand, with spas and wellness canters excellent for relaxing after-ski. About 30 km of slopes suitable for everyone, with a breath-taking view from the Marittime to the Matterhorn. The resort is completed by a cross-country track (in Roccaforte Mondovì), itineraries for ski touring and snowshoeing.
- First ski resort to be born in the Maritime Alps, Garessio, with 8 km of slopes, is also a natural setting ideal for snowshoeing and ski touring.
- The ideal place for cross-country skiing and biathlon is Chiusa di Pesio, in the Pesio Valley, with the Fondo Marguareis, at the foot of the Charterhouse founded in 1173 and developed until the 18th century, which can also be visited in winter. The Centro Fondo is renowned nationwide and its routes are also open to snowshoe friends. The Marguareis Sports Center, recently restored, offers skiers the opportunity to use a multipurpose room, new services and changing rooms and a new restaurant, with free wifi. The cross-country centre hosts the Italian cross-country skiing championship in January 2019.
