The Michelin 2020 Guide was presented on November 6th in Piacenza and beyond the stars, of almost normal interest, the restaurants of the Michelin Man who licks his moustache are worth mentioning!
These are the Bib Gourmand, the best restaurants for value for money according to “La Rossa”. Places that offer “a pleasant gastronomic experience, with a complete menu for less than 35 euros” and marked not by the iconic Stella, but by the swollen face with the tongue outside the Michelin mascot, in fact, which goes in search of places to eat well that we can all afford.
The Piedmont region, in the 2020 guide, has 32 of them, divided into the different provinces:

There are ten in the Granda province, one in particular is new this year, the Osteria La Torre in Cherasco. This can also be a different, fun and certainly gourmand way of exploring the Piedmont Region and in particular the province of Cuneo, in an innovative way and with an eye also to the wallet!
