The Barbera d’Asti Superiore “Le Vignole” collects the fruit of the small vineyards cultivated on the “sor”, as they call the sunniest vineyards on the Asti hills. Obtained from the vinification of Barbera grapes, it is aged in oak barrels. It has a particular intensity and structure that make it ideal for the whole meal.
