Entrepreneurship, professionalism and genius lead it to become, from a small provincial distillery to a great international reality. At the end of the 1800s the Ricossa family had an award-winning distillery on the outskirts of Asti. Today, almost a century later, the story of Ricossa continues, combining Italian tradition and genius for the production of quality wines. All the grapes are grown and harvested in Piedmont.

About… Barbera.
After a year of aging in barrique, the Barbera can boast the name “Superiore”. This wine, obtained from the careful selection of the grapes, has an intense red colour with hints of violets and blueberries. The production area is the Monferrato area. The fresh acidity and juiciness of the Barbera grape make this wine perfect to drink immediately, while its structure allows it an aging capacity of 8-10 years
