Since 1990 TULLIO ZORZET<\/strong> has been the first cello of the Orchestra of the\nTeatro Verdi in Trieste, where he played under the direction of important\nMasters such as Daniel Oren, Gary Bertini, Neville Marriner, Gustav Kuhn,\nDonato Renzetti and many others, participating in the tour made over the years\nby the Theater in Japan, Korea, Cyprus, Budapest. He completed his studies with\nLibero Lana, former cellist of the famous Trio di Trieste, and he won a\nscholarship, at a very young age, which allowed him to be a pupil of the famous\ncellist Rocco Filippini and of the famous violinist Angelo Stefanato for\nchamber music, at the “School of High Musical Improvement of Saluzzo \u201d. He\nhas played solo roles with the Teatro Verdi Orchestra and in various Chamber Orchestras.\nHe has performed the main chamber music works in string trio, piano trio,\nstring quartet. In cello and piano duo he has held numerous concerts at Italian\ninstitutions including the renowned Ravello Festival, and then in Romania,\nSpain. He has also recorded for Rai, Radio Slovena in Ljubljana and in the\nrecording industry for the label “Pizzicato” (music by Riccardo\nFabris), for the German record company Antes (2 CDs with music by Astor\nPiazzolla), for Rainbow Classics ( Berkeley music). He has recently released a\nCD in duo with compositions for cello and piano by Robert Schumann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From the Amalfi coast, HELGA PISAPIA\ncompleted her piano studies in 1993 with honours at the Conservatory of Salerno\nunder the guidance of Maestro Giancarlo Cuciniello. She was later perfected her\ntechniques with the M. Bertucci, A. Hintchev and M. Campanella students of the\nNeapolitan Piano School of M \u00b0 Vitale. She made her twenty-year debut at the\nTeatro “Verdi” in Salerno and later she played concerts in various\nItalian cities (Amalfi, Bergamo (Sala Piatti), Turin, Cosenza (Teatro Rendano),\nRavello Festival (Villa Rufolo), Trieste (Castello di Miramare ). Abroad she\nplayed in Germany (Berlin and Munich), Spain (Alicante, Barcelona and Escala)\nand Romania (Bacau and Bucharest), France and Slovenia. She was the winner of\nnational piano competitions both as soloist and for Chamber Music He recorded a\nCD dedicated to the works of R. Schumann for piano and cello with Tullio\nZorzet, first cello of the “G. Verdi” symphonic opera theater in\nTrieste. In 2014 she recorded a Chopin Notturno for director Rodolfo Bisatti\nfor the movie “The cruelty of the sea”, awarded in important Film\nFestivals. After classical maturity, she received the Diploma in Music\nEducation at the Conservatory of Salerno in 1997 and the Specialization in Art,\nMusic and Show he at the University of Trieste in 2003.
